The iProtect 1216 Professional Detector is a new professional detector developed for the detection of all types of RF eavesdropping devices, including analogue and digital as well as those that transmit information over mobile networks and using wireless standards. Compared to other detectors, the new iProtect 1216 detector features higher sensitivity to 3G, Wi-Fi and Bluetooth detection devices and has an adjustable alarm threshold. Compared to the Protect 1206i detector, the iProtect 1216 has, among other features, 3-band detection, which means it operates on 3 frequencies: 50-700 MHz, 700 MHz-3 GHz and 3-12 GHz, which will cover signals such as VHF, UHF, LTE, 3G or 5GHz microwave WiFi tracking devices. In addition, it also has 3 operating modes: SILENT, AUDIO and ALARM. The iProtect 1216 detector has a clearer and easier to understand user interface compared to other detectors, making it easier to use. The battery life is up to 6 hours on a single charge.
3 working modes:
- SILENT – silent and discreet mode, the detector operates without sound signaling. The intensity of the signal must be monitored on the scale.
- AUDIO – sound mode, according to the sound signaling it is possible to locate the signal.
- ALARM – audible alert when the frequency set by the user is exceeded, it emits a warning sound.
